Board Members

The Board is composed of a Chairperson, up to three Vice-Chairpersons and additional full- and part-time members as required. Board members are appointed by the Governor in Council for terms of no longer than five years and may be re-appointed any number of times.

Board members abide by the Code of Conduct and Guidelines, which establishes the standards of conduct that govern their professional and ethical responsibilities as decision-makers of a quasi-judicial administrative tribunal.
