Amendment to description of bargaining unit – Amendment to certification – Subsection 103(2) of the Public Service Reform Act (PSRA) – Law Group – pursuant to section 101 of the PSRA, the Treasury Board specified and defined the occupational group known as the Law Group – immediately prior to this, the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada was the bargaining agent certified for the Law Group bargaining unit, which is now covered by the new Law Group – the bargaining agent's certification had not been revoked under the Public Service Staff Relations Act and has been continued by virtue of subsection 103(1) of the PSRA – the Board amended the description of the bargaining unit and the certification of the bargaining agent to refer to the new Law Group bargaining unit.
