The grievor was dismissed from his correctional supervisor position after an incident involving an inmate in a correctional psychiatric hospital – the grievor requested the production of the inmate’s psychiatric records as well as other documents concerning her period of detention with the correctional services – the adjudicator ordered the production of some of the requested documents for her review – a further order may follow if any document is to be disclosed to the grievor.
