Complaint made under section190 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act – Fair representation – Manager

The complainant is a manager – she is a member of the respondent union, which is a component of the bargaining agent – an employee lodged a grievance against her and also filed a complaint with the union – the complainant alleged that the union failed in its duty of fair representation – the Board ruled that the complaint was not founded in law, since the union did not take any disciplinary action against the complainant.

Complaint dismissed.
