Complaint under section 190 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act – Duty of fair representation – Unfair labour practice
The complainant alleged that his bargaining agent had failed to fairly represent him because it had refused to refer his grievances to adjudication – the adjudicator ruled that the bargaining agent’s decision not to refer the grievances to adjudication was not arbitrary or discriminatory or made in bad faith.
Complaint dismissed.
