The grievor alleged that the employer did not reasonably calculate the injury-on-duty leave to which he was entitled following a decision of the province’s Workers’ Compensation Board that recognized that his injury occurred while on duty – the adjudicator found that the grievor did not establish on a balance of probabilities that the employer had made an unreasonable decision.
