The grievor grieved alleged changes to the classification of her position – she referred her grievance to adjudication as relating to either a disciplinary measure resulting in termination, demotion, suspension or financial penalty or a non-disciplinary demotion or termination – the deputy head objected to the jurisdiction of an adjudicator to hear the grievance – the adjudicator found that the grievor presented no allegations of facts that, if proven, would justify him taking jurisdiction under paragraph 209(b) or subparagraph 209(1)(c)(i) of the Act.

Objection allowed.
