Suspension (3 days) - Aggressive behaviour towards coworker - Harassment - Abusive, threatening language - grievor, a meat inspector, was given a threeday suspension for having allegedly harassed and abused a coworker - evidence showed that employee had made uncouth remarks to coworker and threatened him physically - adjudicator did not accept employee's version of events, according to which coworker had provoked him - adjudicator concluded that the disciplinary measure taken was not unreasonable.

Grievance denied.
