Suspension (2 days) - Aggressive behaviour towards co-worker - the adjudicator accepted the version of events of the complainant to the effect that the grievor pushed him into a wall without provocation - although there had been animosity between the two in the past, the adjudicator found that such could not be viewed as mitigation in the circumstances - the adjudicator commented that there is no place in the workplace for such actions.

Grievance denied.
