Decision review – Section 27 of the Public Service Staff Relations Act – Name of the employer – the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) had been certified as the bargaining agent of all employees of the Medical Research Council in the Administrative Support Category: 145-11-210 (October 12, 1983) – the parties informed the Board that, on October 25, 2000, the employees of the Medical Research Council became employees of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research pursuant to the provisions of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research Act – the PSAC requested that its certification be amended to refer to all employees of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research in the Administrative Support Category.
