Client Satisfaction Surveys

NOTICE TO PSLRB CLIENTS

Every three years the Public Service Labour Relations Board (PSLRB) conducts a client satisfaction survey to assess the degree to which clients are satisfied with its services. The first such survey was conducted in 1998.

The PSLRB uses the up-to-date and reliable information provided by these surveys to both measure and report on performance and to identify and make adjustments to internal processes when required. As public opinion research projects, these surveys are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Government of Canada Communications Policy.

In order to ensure that the responses provided by clients are strictly confidential, the PSLRB retains the services of an independent third party to conduct the surveys. The consultants are the only ones with access to the completed questionnaires. In all cases, the findings are reported in aggregate form only and no individuals can be identified.

If you are a party to a proceeding before the PSLRB that takes place during a period covered by a survey, you may be contacted and asked to take part. Please note that although your views are very important to us, your participation in the survey is entirely voluntary.
